Episode 22 Progress Update
Episode 22 Progress Update
It's a quarter to six and our tea is in the oven, so this is as good an opportunity as any to give you a brief update as to where we are with Episode 22 of 'Round The Archives'.
Today has been all about the links and editing, as all the articles have been in the can for a while now.
We've got a grand total of five voices on board, with Warren, Paul and Martin joining us to discuss 'The Computer Programme', 'Whodunnit?', 'Bless This House' and 'The Green Death'.
There's a bit of a theme of predictions of the future, though this doesn't really apply to 'Bless This House', if we're being pedantic.
We've written and recorded the opening and closing sketch. Fans of 'Not The Nine O'Clock News' may find that the opening sketch rings a bell or two. I'm playing Rowan Atkinson's part again, I've just noticed, after Episode 21's closing sketch based on 'The Black Adder', but that's really a coincidence. Lisa has been cast in the role of Mel Smith, but that's neither here nor there!
We'll try and do a video a bit later this evening, as the editing won't all be completed today, but at least we're well over halfway through. Hopefully, we should be all done by Sunday evening, but that's not a promise at this stage!
The good news is that we already have some material ready for Episode 23 (thanks to that nice Mr Holmes) and have discussed future plans with some other lovely people.
As always, we really appreciate the interest shown in our ramblings. We might be very amateur, but we do take it seriously and try and produce something we hope keeps people entertained.
Now, it's time for our tea, but see you all back here tomorrow for another update!
